Yes. Partners may not use branded keywords (‘Vexere’ or similar terms) to optimize search results. Violations result in no commission plus a 5% penalty on total commission value.

Vexere provides an AMS (Affiliate Management System) account for real-time performance tracking, plus a monthly reconciliation process between both parties.

Commissions are paid monthly. Minimum payout: 2M VND (Vietnamese residents) or 20M VND (overseas partners). Payments are processed in month T+1 for commissions earned in month T.

Vexere’s team sends a reconciliation email → partner confirms → partner returns signed agreement → Vexere processes payment.
Example: September commissions are reconciled and paid in October.
